Twenty-six leading computer scientists and technologists have signed a letter addressed to U.S. lawmakers criticizing crypto investments and blockchain technology. The group includes Harvard lecturer Bruce Schneier, former Microsoft engineer Miguel de Icaza, and Google Cloud engineer Kelsey Hightower. The group say they are counter-lobbying the efforts crypto advocates are making to resist attempts to regulate the sector.
