Idea is that instead of having central bank creating currency, making arbitrary inflation and distribution, it’s created on each individual account according to the algorithm. 

It’s not funded though, it’s just a token on ethereum that is minted on each individual account over time.

Cool idea, not sure if there will be any adoption though
