Imo restructuring lawyers have an incentive to dramatize the situation so they can continue charging 32 mil / month in fees.  

The assets they "found" are the price of bitcoin + crypto rallying.

But I’m still most in shock that their own lawyer called it a “dumpster fire” haha.

They had the assets before it’s more like 800M since Jan. Plus it’s inflated due to the recent crypto run up. Here is a better article:
