This perhaps would be less of a problem if Binance had customer service numbers and more customer-facing staff (a problem across tech).  Apparently, Binance asks employees not to identify themselves on LinkedIn for security. There's another possible reason. Binance is facing more lawsuits, but litigants have had a hard time serving them b/c they have no official HQ and fairly distributed operations.
